Choose Go, and then Read Mail. -OR- Click START / PROGRAMS and choose Internet Mail.
In the menu, click the word Mail, and then Options.
On the Options screen (shown below), click on the Server tab and enter the following: 

1. The Name is the name you want to appear next to the email.
2. The Organization can be anything you want.
3. The Email Address should be your username@jvlnet (all in lower case).
4. Under Servers, the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) should be mail.jvlnet.com (all in lower case).
5. The Incoming Mail (POP3) should be mail.jvlnet.com (all in lower case).
6. The POP3 Account is your JVLNET username (all in lower case).
7. The Password is your JVLNET password (all in lower case).
