Under Service Provider Account Information, enter the following:
  1. The Provider Name should be JVLNET.
  2. The User Login should be your JVLNET username (all in lower case).
  3. The Password should be your JVLNET password (all in lower case).
  4. The Provider Phone Number should be your JVLNET local access number. To disable call waiting, enter *70, followed by a comma, before your local access number.
  5. The E-mail password should be your JVLNET password (all in lower case).
